I went this spa a few times under the old management and loved it. I had gotten a couple of massages, pedicures, and a spray tan. When I went back under the new management I was disappointed. They act like they are doing you a favor by performing a service for you (that you are paying for.) I received a spray tan that was awful. It looked blotchy and uneven. This was unfortunate because I had to be at an important dinner party the next night. They told me to wait a day and see how it looked. I called the next day and the girl who answered said they would call back and let me know what to do. They never called. When I called back again and asked for a manager to call me it never happened. I was so disappointed. I wasn't mad, I just didn't want to look like I had a skin disorder. They had no regard for me as a customer. They lost a repeat customer.

I have a hard time figuring out why that managers think they are always right. I had an appointment for a pedicure with a young lady that has been at that spa for a couple of years and I truly enjoy her. I was told when I went in for my regular appointment that she know longer worked there. When I asked if they knew when I confirmed earlier that afternoon that she would not be there they said no. But then I found out that they new, and did not tell me that they where goin to let her go at the end of the day. Why did they not call me back and explain what happend. I ended up getting the worst pedicure.I could have saved alot of money just by doin it at home. The girl just scrubbed alittle and rubbed a little and that was all my feet looked like they did when I got there. So what is a girl to do? All I want to know is BRANDY WHERE ARE YOU!!!

I called this Spa after receiving a gift card from my mother for Christmas and booked an appointment. I?ve been to another spa locally and did not have a good experience, so I was hesitant to try another one. They were so nice on the phone and helped me find the perfect massage. I walked in and was treated great! I was shown to a relaxing private waiting room. I can?t remember the name of the girl who gave me the massage, but it was wonderful! This place is awesome, and I will be back!!!
